Suneet Gupta, O.D.

Dr. Gupta graduated with honors from Illinois College of Optometry and has been in practice for over 24 years. His clinical interests lie in Dry Eye Management and Myopia Management with Ortho-Keratology

Dr. Gupta has also been recently appointed Clinical Associate Professor at the College of Optometry at Western University of Health Sciences. Dr. Gupta spends his free time with his wife and son, and enjoys coaching and playing a variety of sports.

Emily Liu, O.D.

Dr. Emily Liu joined Chino Hills Eyecare in 2020. Amongst her talents is a passion for ocular disease and pediatric vision management.

Dr. Liu is a very empathetic, kind, and knowledgeable person with a great amount of experience working in the optometry field. She spends the extra time to get to know her patient and ensure that their questions are being thoroughly answered! Her passion is myopia management with orthokeratology. What is myopia management? Come and ask Dr. Liu!!!

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends during her spare time and looks for opportunities to travel and explore the world!

Ami Patel, O.D.

Late 2021, Dr. Ami Patel merged her Diamond Bar practice, that had been serving local communities for over 31 years, with Chino Hills Eyecare. We are proud to have been the practice that Dr. Patel chose to continue her career with.

Dr. Patel brings with her a wealth of clinical experience in binocular vision, pediatrics and vision therapy. Combined with a passion for helping patients improve their eyesight and maintain their ocular health, we are excited to have Dr. Patel taking care of our patients!

Fun Fact: Dr. Gupta volunteered at Dr. Patel's clinic before entering optometry school way back in 1995!!

Cheri Ayala, Lead Optician

Cheri has been in the optical industry for 25 years. Prior to coming on board with Dr. Gupta she managed an office for an optical corporation for several years. She joined Dr. Gupta in 2003.

Cheri has a wealth of experience in fitting of eyewear and helping our patients see and feel their best in their new glasses.

In Cheri's spare time she volunteers at her Church and with her children's ministry. She also enjoys spending time with her family, which happens to include 4 grand-cats.

Sheila Montefalcon, Optician and Customer Service Specialist

Sheila has been in the optical industry for over 17 years, all of them at Chino Hills Eyecare Optometry.

Sheila manages and oversees all eyecare inventory and customer service needs. Sheila always puts her best foot forward in order to provide excellent and personalized patient care.

Sheila enjoys spending time with her family and friends in her spare time. She is the self-proclaimed "Assistant to the Regional Manager" at our Office. A travel and outdoors aficionado, ask Sheila about her latest adventure!

Arina LARA, Ophthalmic technician and Lab Specialist

As our lab specialist she can make you glasses within the hour in some cases or overnight!!!
Arina is also our primary ophthalmic technician as well. She is extremely precise with all of our amazing technology and diagnostic equipment.

Kelsey Albiero, Optician

Come meet Kelsey! The newest member of our team. She arrives with over ten years of experience in the optical field. Delivering great patient care and top notch customer service, Kelsey has been the perfect addition to our team.
